Benvenuti
Am 25. September 2027 geben wir uns im Castello di Lispida das Ja-Wort — in einem alten Kloster mitten in den Colli Euganei, zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen, südwestlich von Padua.
Wir haben das ganze Anwesen für uns, von nachmittags bis drei Uhr morgens. Ihr kommt aus Deutschland, Italien, Schottland und Schweden — deshalb steht hier alles, was ihr für die Planung braucht: Ablauf, Zimmer, Anreise, Dresscode.
Kinder und Hunde sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Es ist ein Landgut mit Park, Pool und viel Platz.
On 25 September 2027 we're getting married at Castello di Lispida — a former monastery in the Colli Euganei hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, southwest of Padua.
The whole estate is ours, from the afternoon until three in the morning. You're coming from Germany, Italy, Scotland and Sweden, so everything you need to plan is here: schedule, rooms, travel, dress code.
Children and dogs are very welcome. It's a country estate with a park, a pool and plenty of space.
Il 25 settembre 2027 ci sposiamo al Castello di Lispida — un antico monastero nel cuore dei Colli Euganei, tra vigneti e ulivi, a sudovest di Padova.
Avremo tutta la tenuta a disposizione, dal pomeriggio fino alle tre di notte. Arrivate da Germania, Italia, Scozia e Svezia: qui trovate tutto quello che serve per organizzarvi — programma, camere, viaggio, dress code.
Bambini e cani sono i benvenuti. È una tenuta di campagna con parco, piscina e tanto spazio.

Wir treffen uns zum gemeinsamen Brunch, verabschieden uns in Ruhe, und damit endet der offizielle Teil. Kein Dresscode, keine Reden. Die Uhrzeit passt so auch gut zum Check-out in den Hotels. Das Lokal steht noch nicht fest — wir teilen es allen eingeladenen Gästen im Laufe des Jahres mit. Im Castello gibt es kein Frühstück.We meet for brunch together, say a proper goodbye, and that closes the official part. No dress code, no speeches. The time also works well with hotel check-out. The venue isn’t settled yet — we’ll let all invited guests know during the course of the year. Rund um unser Hochzeitswochenende dürften die Zimmer im Castello schnell vergeben sein. Bitte kümmert euch früh um eine Unterkunft in der Umgebung. Abano Terme und Montegrotto Terme sind die nächstgelegenen Orte mit vielen Hotels in jeder Preisklasse, ebenso Monselice und Este. In der Region gibt es außerdem viele Agriturismi und Ferienwohnungen — schön, wenn ihr euch als Gruppe zusammentut. Around our wedding weekend the rooms at the Castello are likely to go quickly. Please arrange accommodation nearby in good time. Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme are the closest towns with plenty of hotels in every price range, as are Monselice and Este. The region also has many agriturismi and holiday flats — lovely if you want to share one as a group. Nel fine settimana del matrimonio le camere del Castello andranno via in fretta. Vi preghiamo di organizzare per tempo un alloggio in zona. Abano Terme e Montegrotto Terme sono i centri più vicini, con molti hotel per ogni budget, così come Monselice ed Este. In zona ci sono anche numerosi agriturismi e case vacanza — ideali se volete condividerli in gruppo.
Come arrivare
Vier Flughäfen kommen infrage. Ab dort empfehlen wir einen Mietwagen — der Nahverkehr in den Hügeln ist dünn. Four airports work. From there we'd recommend a rental car — public transport in the hills is sparse. Quattro aeroporti sono comodi. Da lì consigliamo l'auto a noleggio — i mezzi pubblici sulle colline sono scarsi.
Wir organisieren einen Shuttle ab Abano Terme — Treffpunkt Piazza Repubblica (vor dem Hotel Plaza), Abfahrt 14:00, Rückfahrt um 2:00 zum selben Punkt. Es gibt nur diese eine Rückfahrt. Wer woanders wohnt oder länger bleiben will, plant die Fahrt selbst: Mietwagen, Fahrgemeinschaft oder ein vorbestelltes Taxi. Spontan bekommt man hier nachts keines. Ende September ist in der Region noch Saison: Wenn ihr fliegt, bucht den Mietwagen früh, der wird zuletzt am teuersten. If you’re staying elsewhere or want to stay later, plan your own way: rental car, shared ride or a taxi booked in advance. You won’t find one spontaneously here at night. Late September is still high season here, so if you’re flying, book the rental car early — that’s what gets expensive last. Dress code
Festlich, aber sommerlich. Leinen ist ausdrücklich erlaubt, Anzug ohne Krawatte reicht völlig. Sucht euch eine Farbe aus der Palette aus — ihr müsst nichts exakt treffen, es geht um die Richtung. Dressy but summery. Linen is expressly allowed; a suit without a tie is plenty. Pick a colour from the palette — you don't have to match exactly, it's about the direction. Elegante ma estivo. Il lino è più che benvenuto, giacca senza cravatta va benissimo. Scegliete un colore dalla palette — non serve la corrispondenza esatta, conta la direzione.
Nur die Groomsmen und Brautjungfern haben eine feste Vorgabe, alle anderen wählen frei aus der Palette. Weiß bleibt bitte der Braut vorbehalten. Und: Trauung und Aperitivo sind draußen auf Kies und Rasen — Pfennigabsätze haben einen schweren Stand. Abends wird es merklich kühler, denkt an eine Jacke oder ein Tuch. Only the groomsmen and bridesmaids have a fixed colour; everyone else picks freely from the palette. Please leave white to the bride. And note: the ceremony and aperitivo are outdoors on gravel and grass — stilettos will struggle. Evenings get noticeably cooler, so bring a jacket or a wrap.
